You can share anything—club or country jerseys we don’t yet offer, retro styles, player-inspired concepts, or even original designs.

Q2: Can I upload sketches or reference images?

Upload any image, sketch, or screenshot that helps us understand your idea better.

Q3: How do I know if my idea will be accepted?

Our team reviews each request. If it’s possible to produce with our materials and printing process, we’ll get in touch and move ahead.

Q4: How long does it take to make?

Typically, it takes 7 to 10 working days depending on the design and order quantity.

Q5: Can I get a preview or mockup?

Yes. We’ll share a digital preview for most designs before we begin production.

ORDERS & CUSTOMIZATION

Q1. How do I place an order on YourJersey?

Browse your preferred custom jersey, personalized jersey, cricket jersey, or football jersey, select the size, sleeve type, and quantity, then enter your customization details such as name and number wherever applicable. Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Q2. Can I customize my jersey with my name and number?

Yes, most of our custom cricket jerseys and personalized football jerseys can be customized with your name and number. Please enter the details carefully while placing the order.

Q3. Can I order a jersey with only name customization?

Yes, for selected products, you can order a customized jersey with only name customization if that option is available on the product page.

Q4. Can I change my customization details after placing the order?

Changes are possible only before production starts. Once printing or production of your personalized jersey has begun, customization details cannot be changed.

Q5. What if I entered the wrong name, number, size, or address?

Please contact us immediately after placing the order. If production has not started, we will try to help. Once the order is in production or has been dispatched, changes may not be possible for your custom name and number jersey.

Q6. Do you offer bulk orders for teams, schools, academies, or companies?

Yes, we offer bulk custom jersey orders, team jerseys, school sports jerseys, academy jerseys, company event jerseys, and club jerseys for tournaments, events, and sportswear requirements.

Q7. Is partial payment available for bulk orders?

Yes, for bulk jersey orders, team jersey orders, and custom sportswear bulk orders, we usually work on a partial advance payment basis. The remaining balance can be paid as per the order terms discussed with our team.

Q1. How do I choose the correct size?

Please refer to the size chart available on each product page before placing your order for a custom jersey, cricket t-shirt, or football jersey. If you are confused between two sizes, you can contact our support team for guidance.

Q2. Do you have sizes for kids, women, and men?

Yes, we offer custom jerseys for kids, women, and men in multiple sizes, depending on the product.

Q3. Do you offer half sleeve and full sleeve options?

Yes, selected custom cricket jerseys and football fan jerseys are available in both half sleeve and full sleeve options.

Q4. What fabric do you use?

We use premium sportswear fabric such as dry-fit fabric, quick-dry jersey fabric, and breathable performance material designed for comfort, active use, and all-day wear.

PAYMENT

Q1. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on customized orders because these personalized jerseys are made specially as per your selected name, number, size, and design details.
For bulk jersey orders, teamwear orders, and custom sportswear bulk requirements, we usually work on a partial advance payment basis.

Q2.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, and other online payment methods available at checkout for your custom jersey order.

Q3. Are there any hidden charges?

No, there are no hidden charges. The final amount payable for your customized jersey order or bulk jersey order will be shown clearly at checkout.

Q4. What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails but money is deducted, please wait for some time and check your bank or payment provider status. If the amount is deducted and the YourJersey order is not confirmed, contact us with the payment details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q1. How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the product and your location. For most customized jerseys, personalized cricket jerseys, and custom football jerseys, production takes a few working days, and delivery takes additional time depending on the courier and destination.

Q2.When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched after successful order confirmation, processing, and customization or production, wherever applicable for your custom jersey order.

Q3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or your order page, wherever applicable, so you can track your customized jersey delivery.

Q4.What if my order is delayed?

Sometimes delays may happen due to production load, courier issues, public holidays, weather conditions, or remote delivery areas. Please contact us and we will help you check the latest status of your jersey order.

Q5.What if my order is undelivered or returns back in transit?

This may happen due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or failed delivery attempts. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct and reachable for smooth custom jersey delivery.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

Q1. Can I return a customized jersey?

No. Customized jerseys, personalized jerseys, and name and number jerseys are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, unless you receive a wrong product, damaged product, or a verified manufacturing defect.

Q2. Why are customized products non-returnable?

Because they are made specially according to the name, number, size, and customization details provided by you, these personalized sports jerseys cannot be resold or reused.

Q3. Can I exchange a customized jersey for a size issue?

No, exchanges are generally not available for customized products or personalized jersey orders.

Q4.Can I return a non-customized product?

Eligible non-customized jerseys and other applicable products may be considered for return or exchange subject to our policy, item condition, and approval by our support team.

Q5.Are sale items returnable or exchangeable?

Products purchased during sale, clearance, special offers, or promotional periods may be non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Q6.What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share your order number, product photos, packaging photos, and unboxing video if available for your custom jersey order.

Q7. Is an unboxing video required for damaged or wrong item claims?

Yes, we strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel. This helps us verify damage, missing items, or wrong product claims faster for customized jersey deliveries.

Q8. Are shipping charges refundable?

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return or refund is approved because of an error from our side.

Q9. How will I receive my refund if approved?

No. Once the custom name and number jersey has entered production or printing, cancellation is not possible.
