# RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY – Custom Jersey Return Policy, Personalized Jersey Exchange & Refund Help | YourJersey

## Return Policy

### Return Timeframe

Return requests for eligible non-customized products may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the order was not purchased during a sale, clearance, or special promotional period. This applies only to eligible non-personalized sportswear and not to any custom jersey order or personalized jersey order.

### Non-Returnable Products

As YourJersey mainly deals in customized jerseys, personalized jerseys, name and number jerseys, and custom sportswear, please note that the following products are generally non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable:

* Customized jerseys with name and/or number printing
* Personalized teamwear
* Custom logo printed jerseys
* Bulk custom jersey orders
* Special made-to-order sportswear
* Products purchased during sale, clearance, or flash sale periods

For hygiene, customization, and made-to-order reasons, we may also decline returns on certain apparel categories where applicable.

### Product Condition

To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be:

* unused and unwashed
* in original condition
* with all tags attached
* in original packaging
* free from perfume, stains, damage, or signs of wear

This applies only to eligible non-customized products and not to personalized cricket jerseys, custom football jerseys, or custom name and number jerseys.

### Return Refusal

We reserve the right to reject any return request if the item:

* appears used, washed, worn, or damaged by the customer
* is returned without original tags or packaging
* was customized or personalized as per the customer’s instructions
* was purchased during a non-returnable sale period
* is returned after the allowed return window

## Customized Products Policy

All customized orders, personalized jersey orders, and custom sportswear orders are made specifically as per the details submitted by the customer, including but not limited to:

* name
* jersey number
* size
* sleeve type
* team / player selection
* logo / sponsor details

Because these customized jerseys and personalized sports jerseys are made specially for you, they are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except if:

* the wrong item was delivered
* the product received is damaged
* the product has a manufacturing defect
* the delivered product is materially different from the confirmed order

We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect customization details entered by the customer at the time of placing the custom jersey order.

## Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged jersey, defective personalized jersey, missing item, or wrong custom jersey, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share the following with our support team:

* Order ID
* clear product photos
* package photos
* unboxing video, if available
* short description of the issue

After verification by our support team, we may provide one of the following, depending on the case:

* replacement
* store credit
* partial refund
* full refund

This process helps us resolve custom jersey return, wrong product complaint, and damaged jersey support requests faster.

## Return Charges and Refunds

### Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and prepaid orders, unless the return is approved due to our mistake, such as wrong product delivery or a verified manufacturing defect in your customized jersey order or eligible product order.

### Refund Method

Approved refunds, where applicable, may be provided through:

* original payment source
* store credit / wallet credit
* coupon code / replacement

The refund mode will depend on the type of issue and approval by our support team under the YourJersey refund policy.

## Exchange Policy

### Exchange Timeframe

Exchange requests for eligible non-customized products may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and approval by our support team.

### Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is not available for:

* customized or personalized products
* sale or clearance products
* flash sale items
* bulk customized orders
* products damaged due to misuse
* products returned without original condition and tags

This means custom jerseys with name and number, personalized cricket jerseys, custom football jerseys, and bulk team jerseys are generally not eligible for exchange.

### Price Difference in Exchanges

If the exchanged product is priced higher, the customer must pay the price difference in advance.

If the exchanged product is priced lower, the balance amount may be issued as store credit / wallet credit for future purchases.

## Product Availability in Exchange Cases

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer:

* store credit / wallet credit
* replacement with another available item
* refund, if approved by our team

This applies to eligible non-customized product exchanges only.

## Return / Exchange Process

The return request or exchange request can be initiated by contacting our support team through the website, WhatsApp, or customer care.

The request will be processed only after approval by the YourJersey Customer Support Team.

### Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup, where available, will be arranged only after confirmation from our support team.

In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be asked to self-ship the product to the address provided by us.

### Packaging

Please ensure that the item is packed securely in the same manner it was delivered, including original packaging, tags, and labels.

## Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse or before customization / production begins.

Please note:

* once a customized product enters production, cancellation will not be possible
* once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible

This applies especially to personalized jersey orders, custom name and number jerseys, and bulk custom jersey orders.

## Manufacturing Defect Policy

We accept exchange, replacement, or refund only for genuine manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery, and not for issues caused by customer misuse or improper care.

### Covered Issues

The following may be considered manufacturing defects:

* print defects
* color patch issues
* wrong customization done by our team

These issues may qualify for review under the YourJersey replacement policy.

### Not Covered

The following issues are not covered:

* damage due to improper washing or ironing
* regular wear and tear
* customer-selected wrong size
* incorrect customization details submitted by customer
* damage due to misuse, pulling, stretching, or rough use
* minor thread variations or slight color differences due to screen display

## Sale / Offer / Flash Sale Orders

Products purchased during sale events, special offers, bundle offers, coupon promotions, or flash sales may be non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This applies to discounted custom jerseys, personalized jerseys, team jerseys, and other sale products on YourJersey.
