# Terms of Use, Orders, Delivery, Returns & Refunds – Custom Jersey Orders, Personalized Jersey Delivery, Return & Refund Policy | YourJersey
## USE OF OUR WEBSITE
When you use the YourJersey website and place orders for custom jerseys, personalized jerseys, cricket jerseys, football jerseys, or other custom sportswear, you agree to:
* Use this website only to make genuine enquiries and legally valid orders.
* Not place any false, fraudulent, or misleading order. If we reasonably believe that such an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
* Provide accurate and complete information, including your email address, postal address, phone number, and any other contact details required to process your custom jersey order.
* Ensure that all customization details such as name, number, size, sleeve type, design, and address are entered correctly at the time of placing the order.
If you do not provide all the information required by us, we may not be able to process your personalized jersey order or bulk jersey order.
## CONTRACT
Once you place an order on YourJersey, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation with tracking details, wherever applicable.
The contract for purchase of a custom jersey, personalized sportswear product, or any other item between you and YourJersey will only be considered complete once your order has been accepted and dispatched.
## AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders are subject to product availability.
If there are difficulties regarding supply, stock availability, fabric availability, printing material availability, or any other production-related issue, we reserve the right to inform you and, where possible, offer a substitute product of similar style, quality, or value.
If you do not wish to accept the substitute product, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable item, wherever applicable.
This applies to custom jersey orders, bulk team jersey orders, and other personalized sportswear orders.
## REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER
We strive to process every valid order placed on our website. However, in certain exceptional cases, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order, including after an Order Confirmation has been sent.
This may happen due to reasons including but not limited to:
* incorrect or incomplete customer information;
* payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions;
* errors in product information, pricing, or availability;
* bulk or reseller-type orders placed without prior approval;
* operational, technical, legal, or logistical limitations.
We also reserve the right to remove or modify any product, content, offer, customization option, or material on the website at any time without prior notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing a product, modifying website content, or refusing to process or fulfill an order in such circumstances.
## CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
YourJersey specializes in customized jerseys, personalized jerseys, custom cricket jerseys, custom football jerseys, and other custom sportswear products, including jerseys printed with customer-provided names, numbers, team details, logos, or other personalized content.
By placing an order for a customized product, you agree that:
* the customization details submitted by you are final and correct;
* personalized items are made specifically for you and may not be suitable for resale;
* once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible;
* customized products are generally non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in cases where the item delivered is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer, including spelling mistakes, wrong number selection, wrong size selection, wrong sleeve selection, or incorrect address/contact information.
## DELIVERY
Subject to product availability and exceptional circumstances, we aim to dispatch and deliver your order within the estimated timeline communicated on the product page, order confirmation, shipping confirmation, or by our support team.
Customized jerseys, name and number jerseys, and personalized sportswear usually require production time before dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, customization requirements, destination, courier availability, and operational conditions.
While we try our best to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:
* high order volume;
* customization or production delays;
* courier partner delays;
* remote delivery zones;
* public holidays, festivals, strikes, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
For the purpose of these terms, delivery will be considered completed as soon as the product is delivered to the address provided by you, or received by you or any person available at the delivery location.
## SHIPPING PARTNERS
As we do not operate our own logistics network, we rely on third-party delivery partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Shiprocket, and others.
Once the order has been shipped, delivery performance depends on the courier partner. We will assist wherever reasonably possible, but we are not liable for delays, failed delivery attempts, address issues, or other delivery-related issues caused by third-party logistics providers.
Customers are requested to keep their phone reachable and provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delivery issues with their custom jersey delivery or personalized jersey shipment.
## PRICE AND PAYMENT
We make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed on the website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to:
* reconfirm the order at the correct price; or
* cancel the order.
If we are unable to contact you, the order may be treated as cancelled and any amount paid may be refunded, where applicable.
We are not obligated to provide any product at an incorrect lower price if the error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a pricing mistake.
All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of shipping charges unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
## TAXES
All purchases made through the website are subject to applicable taxes under the prevailing laws of India. Taxes, GST, and other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout or included in the final invoice, as applicable.
This applies to all custom jersey orders, bulk jersey orders, and personalized sportswear purchases.
## INVOICE
An invoice will be issued for your order and shared digitally and/or provided along with the delivered product, wherever applicable.
## RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
### 1. Customized / Personalized Products
All customized products, personalized jerseys, custom name and number jerseys, and team jerseys with logo or sponsor print sold on YourJersey are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, unless:
* the wrong item was delivered;
* the product received is damaged in transit;
* the product has a manufacturing defect; or
* the product delivered is materially different from the confirmed order.
This includes products customized with:
* personal name;
* jersey number;
* team name;
* player name;
* custom logo;
* sponsor print; or
* any other personalized printing.
### 2. Non-Customized Products
For eligible non-customized products, return or exchange requests may be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to approval by our support team.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:
* unused and unwashed;
* in original condition;
* with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact;
* not damaged due to customer misuse.
### 3. Return Not Accepted If
We reserve the right to reject return, refund, or exchange requests where:
* the item has been used, washed, or altered;
* tags or original packaging are missing;
* the item is damaged due to customer handling;
* the customization details provided by the customer were incorrect;
* the request is made after the allowed timeline;
* the item was purchased during a sale, clearance, special offer, or marked non-returnable category.
### 4. Sale Products
Products purchased during sale, clearance, special promotion, or discounted campaign periods may be non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
### 5. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
* order number;
* clear unboxing video, if available;
* product images;
* images of packaging/label;
* description of the issue.
Once verified by our team, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:
* replacement;
* store credit / wallet credit;
* partial refund;
* full refund.
### 6. Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup, where applicable, will only be arranged after confirmation by our customer support team. In some locations, reverse pickup may not be available, and customers may be asked to self-ship the product to the address provided by us.
Approved return items should be packed securely in original packaging.
### 7. Refund Mode
Where a refund is approved, it may be processed through one of the following methods, depending on the case:
* original payment method;
* store credit / wallet credit;
* coupon code / replacement.
Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and other non-product charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.
## CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled before production or dispatch begins.
Once a customized jersey order, personalized jersey order, or bulk custom jersey order has entered production, printing, or dispatch stage, cancellation may not be possible.
We reserve the right to approve or reject cancellation requests depending on the status of the order.
## CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before placing an order, including:
* product selected;
* customization details;
* size;
* sleeve type;
* quantity;
* shipping address;
* contact number.
YourJersey will not be responsible for losses or issues arising due to incorrect details submitted by the customer for any custom jersey order, team jersey order, or personalized sportswear order.
## FRAUD PREVENTION
YourJersey reserves the right to reject suspicious orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges that appear fraudulent, abusive, or against the spirit of this policy.
All return claims are subject to inspection and approval.
Any fraudulent activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
## MODIFICATION OF TERMS
YourJersey reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective once published on the website.
Customers are advised to review these terms periodically before placing an order.
## GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms, Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, purchase of products, or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
