Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please send an unboxing video via WhatsApp or email showing the defect. Once confirmed, we will exchange the product for you. Without an unboxing video, we cannot process the exchange.

Customized Products: All customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchange Time Frame: You can initiate an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. After this period, exchanges are no longer eligible.

Reverse Pickup: To return a product, ensure the product tags are intact and the item is packed in the original packaging. Our logistics partner will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address.

Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns or refunds. However, in select cases, we will replace the item with another product from our store.
